Imperial Contact List

Imperial officers are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Adrian Empire. At the Imperial Level, each officer oversees and coordinates the efforts of all tasks that fall within their area of responsibility. The Imperial Ministers report directly to the Imperial Crowns, who together with the Board of Directors, are responsible for the operation of the Adrian Empire.

Each subdivision (chapter) also has their own local Minsters, who are responsible for the activities within each subdivision. Local Ministers also provide feedback to and receive guidance from the Imperial Ministers who oversee that particular subject.

Imperial Crown

The Imperial Crown are the Emperor and Empress of the Adrian Empire. The Emperor and Empress are responsible for the non-mundane activities.

	Archery
	The minister responsible for standards, training requirements, rules of archery tourney and combat, for bows, arrows, and other missile weapons and ammunition. 	Arts and Sciences
	The arts and sciences are an important part of history, and this ministry office cultivates interest, and handles the judging of arts projects for members. 	Chancellory
	The "legal" department of the Adrian Empire. The Chancellor prepares the agendas and minutes, and chairs Imperial Estates Meetings. He also issues rulings and clarifications of the bylaws or manuals. The Minister of Justice (if one is appointed) is responsible for judicial matters. 	College of Arms
	This refers to heraldic arms, not body parts, or weapons. Heraldry is an integral part of Adria, and the College handles both education and registrations of arms for members. 	Education Office
	Here is the conduit for new or prospective members to gain information on the Adrian Empire. 	Joust and War

	Physicker's Office

	Publishing Office
	The publishing office is the centralized location for overseeing of all Imperial publishing, including monthly newsletter, manuals and guides, agendas and other documents for Imperial Estates Meetings, contact lists, web site, and other internet presence. 	Rolls and Lists
	The Minister of Rolls is responsible for recording each member's earned requirements, ranks, awards, titles and the date each was received. 	Steward
