King of Arms (Imperial Sovereign of Arms) - Sir Nigel Seymour of Huntingdon Fleur-de-Lis is the Chief Herald for the Empire. All members of the Imperial College of Arms report to him, and he reports directly to the Imperial Crown. Fleur-de-Lis is reponsible for producing the Letters of Registration and Return, as well as for maintaining the Book of Ceremonies (in conjunction with the Church of Adria) and for performing Court at the three main Imperial Events: Coronation, Banner War, and Crown War. Fleur-de-Lis may speak ex cathedra on most matters of policy and procedure. For major policy changes or Rules amendments, Fleur-de-Lis will poll the senior members of the College for their opinions before making a decision. Fleur-de-Lis acts as the Voice of the Imperial Crown at Court and when bearing messages. Fleur-de-Lis' full contact information, including mailing address, is available in the Adrian Herald. | Beltazure
King of Arms (Chief Deputy to the ISoA) - Sir Gregoire d'Avallon Beltazure is responsible for the managing the administrative staff of the Imperial College, and may speak for Fleur-de-Lis on any issue of policy and procedure. Beltazure acts as the Voice of the Heirs to the Imperial Crown from the time They are named until Coronation. |

Sovereign of Arms (Deputy ISoA in the West) - Vacant Griffin, together with Dragon, has the primary purpose of relieving Fleur-de-Lis of the day-to-day management of the far-flung regions of the Empire. Griffin may speak for Fleur-de-Lis in interpreting the Rules and Policies, and may also issue minor policies after first clearing them with Fleur-de-Lis. Griffin is responsible for supporting the heralds of the Regions of the Western Empire. |

Herald (Deputy for Protocol) - Vacant Tyger's main responsibility is to advise Fleur-de-Lis on matters of Protocol and Law. The Policies, Procedures, and Rules of the College must not be in conflict with the Bylaws, and Tyger is there to ensure that this does not happen. |

Coronis Herald (Deputy for Court) - Vacant Vox Coronis is primarily responsible for running Court at non-Imperial events where there is an Imperial presence, should the Imperial Crown so desire it. Vox Coronis is also responsible for supporting Fleur-de-Lis during Court at the Imperial Events, and for training other Court Heralds in the Empire. |

Herald (Deputy for Consulting) -Mistress Teceangl Bach Bezant is responsible for assisting Fleur-de-Lis by taking some of the burden of consulting with individual members of the populace, as well as by reviewing any of Fleur-de-Lis' decisions for heraldic accuracy. |
