Fleur-de-lis King of Arms (Imperial Sovereign of Arms)

Fleur-de-lis is responsible for producing Letters of Registration and Return (LoRR). The Imperial Sovereign of Arms may speak ex cathedra on all matters of College of Arms policy and procedure. For major policy changes or rules amendments, Fleur-de-lis will poll the senior members of the College for their opinions before making a decision.
Fleur-de-lis acts as the Voice of the Imperial Crown and is responsible for performing Court at the three main Imperial Events: Imperial Coronation, Banner War, and Imperial Crown War. Or, in the absence of Fleur-de-lis, Vox Coronis acts as the Voice of the Imperial Crown, followed by either Belt Azure, Griffin, or Phoenix et. Dragon. The Imperial Sovereign of Arms (ISoA) is the Chief Herald for the Empire. All members of the College of Arms report to him, and he reports directly to the Imperial Crown.

Deputies to the Imperial Sovereign of Arms

A Deputy Imperial King/Queen of Arms primary purpose is to help relieve Fleur-de-lis of the day-to-day management of the far-flung subdivisions of the Empire. Additionally, a Deputy Imperial King/Queen of Arms may act as the Voice of the Heirs to the Imperial Crown from the time they are named until Coronation.
The duties of a Deputy Imperial King/Queen of Arms include the performance of Empire-wide conflict checks on new proposals, working with local Ministers of Arms to resolve conflicts, to secure Letters of Permission to Conflict, return proposals in violation of current policy and to send packets of regionally passed submissions to Fleur-de-lis for final blazoning and registration or return.

Beltazure King of Arms (Chief Deputy)

Belt Azure is the chief adviser to Fleur-de-lis and may be responsible for assisting in the day to day operations. Belt Azure may speak for Fleur-de-lis in interpreting current rules & policies and may also issue minor policies, after first consulting them with the Imperial Sovereign of Arms.

Bezant Herald (Education and Consultant)

Bezant is responsible for supporting the members of the College of Arms, answering questions regarding submissions, consulting on arms, blazoning and the training of heralds in the Empire.

Griffin King of Arms (Deputy Imperial Sovereign of Arms, Soutwestern Region)

Griffin is responsible for supporting the Ministers of Arms of the southwestern subdivisions of the Empire, speaks for Fleur-de-lis in interpreting current rules & policies and may also issue minor policies, after first clearing them with the Imperial Sovereign of Arms.

Dragon King/Queen of Arms (Deputy Imperial Sovereign of Arms, Souteastern Region)

Dragon is responsible for supporting the Ministers of Arms of the southeastern subdivisions of the Empire, speak for Fleur-de-lis in interpreting current rules & policies and may also issue minor policies, after first clearing them with the Imperial Sovereign of Arms.

Centaur King of Arms (Deputy Imperial Sovereign of Arms, Northwestern Region)

Centaur is responsible for supporting the Ministers of Arms, of the North West subdivisions of the Empire, speak for Fleur-de-lis in interpreting current rules & policies, and may also issue minor policies, after first clearing them with the Imperial Sovereign of Arms.

Phoenix King of Arms (Deputy Imperial Sovereign of Arms, Northeastern Region)

Phoenix is responsible for supporting the Ministers of Arms, of the North East subdivisions of the Empire, speak for Fleur-de-lis in interpreting current rules & policies, and may also issue minor policies, after first clearing them with the Imperial Sovereign of Arms.

Secondary Deputies to the Imperial Sovereign of Arms

Codex Herald (Imperial Documents Herald)

Codex is responsible for keeping, updating and publishing the ordinary after each release of the Letter of Registrations and Returns.

Tyger Herald (Imperial Protocol Adviser)

Tyger's main responsibility is to advise the ISoA and the Senior Members of the College of Arms on matters of protocol and law. Policy, procedure & rules of the College of Arms must not be in conflict with the Bylaws of The Adrian Empire, Inc. and Tyger is there to ensure that this does not happen.
Tyger shall advise on matters of interpreting the Heraldry Manual, Imperial Writ #18 & Lex Adria Imperium. Further, Tyger advises on the history of Adrian heraldry that predates the College of Arms and concerning the writings of Sir Nigel Seymour the Byzantine of Huntingdon.
